Warranty period
The Luna Hanging Egg Chair is covered by a 4 years warranty from the date of delivery.
What is covered
Manufacturing defects in the rattan weave, the metal stand and the supplied fittings under normal domestic use.
What is not covered
- Normal wear and tear, including fabric fading over time.
- Damage from misuse, exceeding the 160 kg maximum load, or incorrect assembly.
- Damage from accidents, alterations or commercial use.
Making a claim
Email us with your order number, a description of the issue and photographs. We may ask for additional details to assess the claim, and will arrange a repair, replacement or refund where the claim is accepted.
Relationship to the Australian Consumer Law
This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, the consumer guarantees that apply under the Australian Consumer Law.
